A BIG Change to Court Reservations You’ll Love

EFFECTIVE TODAY: Court Reservations are $30 an hour and that’s it! You no longer need to pay for Day Passes for yourself or anyone in your party to check in for your reservation.

You can also use Court Reservation Hours Bundles to sweeten the deal even more! Bundles are $150 for 10 hours redeemable in 30 minute increments, effectively bringing your total reservation rate down to $15 an hour. They are available for purchase too at the link below.

Some Questions You May Have about the Change

“What about my existing Day Pass Bundles I’ve bought?” - We will still have Open Play sessions everyday that the bundles can be redeemed for! So no need to worry about that.

“What was the old policy?” - In the past, we required a Day Pass to be purchased when checking in for your reservation in addition to the court fee. We also differentiated between peak and off-peak hours.

“What's the new policy?” - We are no longer requiring a purchase of a Day Pass to checkin. You and your party just pay the court fee. $30 is the hourly rate for any time, any day.

“How many courts can I reserve per month?” - We are allowing you to reserve one court up to 2 hours per day and 10 hours total per week, effectively 40 hours per month.

“How soon in advance can I make my reservation?” - Guests on Basic can book up to 7 days in advance and Guests with Unlimited can book up to 14 days in advance.

“How many people can join my reservation?” - You can bring up to 8 guests per reservation. Paddle rentals are available for $5 each.

“Can we stay after the reservation is over?” - You can at Carriage Crossing, but you will need to purchase a Day Pass to participate in Open Play. At The Plaza, you cannot play anymore once your reservation is up, but you can hangout in the lounge area!

“How many courts will be available for reservations generally?” - At Carriage Crossing, Courts 4 - 8 are available for reservation everyday, as long as no other programming is taking place on those courts. At The Plaza, all 3 courts are reservation only currently.
